t is my pleasure to provide a letter describing my personal experience with services provided to me by your employees Daniel Laroda, Willow Penn and Aisha Kerr, at the time of my recovery from an exceptionally difficult health situation. I underwent a spinal laminectomy at the Emory University Spine and Orthopedic Hospital on 17th September 2024. A week later I contracted a Staphylococcus Aureus infection, and second and third operations became necessary on 15th and 17th October, respectively. This unfortunate situation changed to an extremely difficult recovery and rehabilitation. My postoperative recovery took place partially at Emory, and mostly at William Brennan Jewish Home. Willow and Daniel have been with me 24 hours/day for the first two weeks, later Aisha joined them for the evening shift. When even the most elementary bodily functions are impossible or difficult, the care provided by the care providers changes from professional service to deeply human interaction. In those difficult times, My Companion providers gave me not only an expert help but gave me a strong moral and spiritual support. We have formed a friendship that will last a lifetime. The psychological support and will to improve are the key aspects of any recovery process. It is probably not in their job description, but they did it anyway, naturally a selflessly. They are now my dear friends

My family used My Companion Staffing from last August until the beginning of January. For two days on the weekemd a staff member sat with my mentally challenged daughter Margaret at Annandale Village in Suwanee and we were very pleased with the staff person and with the company. After each weekend I received a detailed description of what went on each day with Margaret and that was greatly appreciated. When I needed to speak to people in the office they were both courteous and knowledgable. The only reason we stopped using the service was because the folks at Annandale said Margaret no longer needed to have a companion on the weekends. I would certainly use the service in the future.
